Refund policy

At Prime Basics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Tags and seals must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:

• DryMode Fitness Wipe

• Non-Slip Comfort Socks

• Smart Posture Trainer (if worn/used)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share order number and product images

• We will arrange replacement or refund

Refunds

• Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

• Refund will be credited to original payment method
